Self-aligning ball bearing

Between the inner ring and the outer ring with spherical raceway, bearings with spherical balls are assembled. The curvature center of the raceway surface of the outer ring is the same as that of the bearing center.

With the same self-aligning function as automatic self-aligning ball bearings. When the shaft and shell are deflected, they can be adjusted automatically without increasing the bearing burden. Self-aligning roller bearings can withstand radial load and axial load in two directions. The radial load capacity is large, which is suitable for heavy load and impact load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a bearing with tapered holes, which can be installed directly. Or the clamping sleeve and the dismantling cylinder are installed on the cylindrical axis. The cage is made of steel sheet stamping cage, polyamide forming cage and copper alloy car cage.
The self-aligning ball bearing has two structures: cylindrical hole and tapered hole. The material of cage is steel plate and synthetic resin. Its characteristic is that the raceway of outer ring is spherical and has automatic alignment, which can compensate for the errors caused by different concentricity and axis deflection, but the relative inclination of inner ring and outer ring should not exceed 3 degrees.
[1] It can bear large radial load and certain axial load. The raceway of the outer ring of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has the ability of alignment. When the axis is bending or inclined, and the relative inclination between the inner ring center line and the outer ring center line does not exceed 1 ~2.5, the bearing can still work.
There are two kinds of inner holes of self-aligning ball bearings: cylindrical and conical. The taper of a conical bore is 1:12 or 1:30. In order to enhance the lubrication performance of bearings, annular grooves and three oil holes are machined on the outer ring of bearings.
