Thrust ball bearing is composed of seat ring, shaft ring and steel ball cage assembly.

The imported bearings of HRB deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to bear pure radial load, but also can bear both radial load and axial load. When it only bears pure radial load, the contact angle is zero. When deep groove ball bearings have large radial clearance, they have the performance of angular contact bearings and can withstand large axial loads. The friction coefficient of deep groove ball bearings is very small and the ultimate speed is very high. Especially in the high-speed operation with large axial load, deep groove ball bearings have more advantages than thrust ball bearings. Deep groove ball bearings are the most representative rolling bearings, which are widely used. Suitable for high or even very high speed operation, and very durable, without frequent maintenance. The bearing has small friction coefficient, high limit speed, simple structure, low manufacturing cost and high manufacturing accuracy. Dimensions and forms vary widely. They are used in precision instruments, low noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles and general machinery industries. They are the most widely used type of bearings in machinery industry. Mainly bears radial load, but also bears a certain amount of axial load. Deep groove ball bearings can be used in gearboxes, instruments, motors, household appliances, internal combustion engines, traffic vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, construction machinery and so on.
When larger radial clearance is selected, the axial bearing capacity increases, and the contact angle is zero when pure radial force is applied. When there is an axial force, the contact angle is greater than zero. Pressing wave cage, vehicle solid cage, and sometimes nylon cage are used.
When the deep groove ball bearing is mounted on the axle, the axial displacement of the axle or the housing can be limited within the axial clearance of the bearing, so it can be positioned in two directions. In addition, this kind of bearing also has a certain self-aligning ability. It can still work normally when the inclination is 2'-10'relative to the shell hole, but it has a certain impact on the bearing life. Deep groove ball bearing cages are mostly steel stamping wave cages, and large bearings are mostly made of car metal solid cages.
HRB self-aligning roller bearing can withstand large radial load, but also can withstand certain axial load. The raceway of the outer ring of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has the ability of alignment. When the axis is bending or inclined, and the relative inclination between the inner ring center line and the outer ring center line does not exceed 1 ~2.5, the bearing can still work. There are cylindrical and conical inner holes of self-aligning roller bearings. The taper of a conical bore is 1:12 or 1:30. In order to enhance the lubrication performance of bearings, annular grooves and three uniformly distributed oil holes are machined on the outer ring of bearings. Self-aligning roller bearings are widely used in metallurgy, rolling mill, mining, petroleum, paper making, cement, sugar pressing and other industries.
