Over-win between ring and axle or shell depends on the size of load. Heavier load uses larger over-win while lighter load uses smaller over-win.

Use precautions

Rolling bearings are precise parts, so it is necessary to be cautious when using them. Even if high-performance bearings are used improperly, they can not achieve the desired performance results. Therefore, the use of bearings should pay attention to the following matters:

1. Keep the bearings and their surrounding environment clean. Even if very small dust enters the bearing, it will aggravate the wear, vibration and noise of the bearing.

2. When installing, it is necessary to be careful. No strong stamping, no direct tapping of bearings and no pressure transmission through rolling bodies are allowed.

3. Use the right installation tools, try to use special tools, and try to avoid using cloth and staple fibers.

4. To prevent corrosion and rust of bearings, it is better not to hold the bearings directly by hand, but to coat them with high-quality mineral oil and then operate them. In rainy season and summer, special attention should be paid to rust prevention.
